How does the GPS tracker work?
A compatible tracker receives GPS positions and sends them over the mobile network to MiTracker. Your dashboard displays the latest reported location and vehicle activity.
Can I track multiple vehicles?
Yes. Your company account brings assigned vehicles and trackers into one dashboard. Plans and video allowances are per vehicle.
Does it work across Malta and Gozo?
MiTracker is built for fleets working across Malta and Gozo. Position updates depend on GPS reception, mobile connectivity and a powered, correctly configured device.
Can I see previous journeys?
Yes. You can review route history and vehicle activity, and export fleet reports as CSV files.
Can I use MiTracker for motorcycles?
Yes. Talk to us about a compatible tracker and installation for your motorcycle or scooter.
How is the tracker installed?
Our team helps arrange the right device and installation for your vehicle. GPS installation is €20, with fleet waivers available. Dashcam installation is included with the €149 device.
What happens if I add more vehicles?
Contact the team to arrange additional devices and subscriptions. Your new vehicles appear in the same company workspace once configured.
Can I access MiTracker from my phone?
Yes. The dashboard works in your phone’s web browser, as well as on a tablet or computer. There is no separate app download required.
